TVI ExpressTech Audit Updates5th August to 6th August, 2010

At TVI, we care for our members like a family and we also understand the importance of flawless service to them. The ongoing maintenance of our website is one such step towards accomplishment of making ourselves even better to provide you unhindered services and high performance. We also understand the inconvenience caused to our members due to the prolonged technical audit and we sincerely apologize for the same.

We have successfully upgraded our systems to manage the upcoming changes in our booking engines, power pool calculation and other important additions. Furthermore, we have managed to increase the security of your data and have encrypted all records with us, which means ultra secured information and a higher level of privacy for all our members.

While conducting tests on our database servers, we figured out that a few records pertaining to some members between 5th and 6th August were not entered properly. Our team did try to fix this but as some of the records were incomplete or unfilled, they could have resulted in complex genealogy problems at a later stage. To avoid any future complications and to continue to have a smooth system, we had to discard all changes done in our system between 5th August (12:59:31, EST) to 6th August, 2010 (04:59:54, EST)

This implies that all data entered between the above specified time has been removed from our system and hence, we request our members to apply for a re-processing of any activities performed during the given timeframe.


We are highlighting a few points below which have to be considered due to the above mentioned change:

    1)  Positions of all ID’s have been restored to their original status as on 5th August, 2010 (12:59:31, EST)

    2)  All new members who joined between the above given time interval will have to be entered again into our system as the database has been rolled back to the credentials of 5th August 2010.

    3)  If you have joined using liberty reserve, please get in touch with us at financials@tviexpress.com along with the batch number of your payment and we would assist you accordingly.

    4)  Payments done using wallet to place new members between the above specified time have been reverted to the respective wallets and can be used to re-enter the members again.

    5)  The latest prevalent voucher in our system is voucher number 1736914

    Our new voucher series would now start from 2000000 and all vouchers with numbers between 1736914 and 2000000 won’t be accepted by our system anymore.

    Funds used to generate all vouchers between voucher number 1736914 and 2000000 have been restored in the respective wallets. If you have purchased such vouchers from our offices, please contact us and we would replace them. Those who bought the vouchers from an upline or a third party, should contact them so that they can issue a new voucher as we have already restored the funds back in their respective ewallets.

    Please be informed that the vouchers created before 5th August (12:59:31, EST) but used during the above specified period, can be re-used to complete the joining process.

    6)  All inter-wallet fund transfers between the given time period have also been restored. If you have transacted with anyone between the above given time, please ask them to send you the funds again as the funds have already been reverted.



Please be informed that all data before 5th August 2010, is intact with no changes at all.

We understand that this might cause some inconvenience to you and we duly apologize for the same but it has been done to achieve long term results and to avoid any future complications. We also assure you that we have upgraded our systems to avoid anything of this sort in future.
